Daily Workouts

CYCLING

I am going be using the running machine and the cycling bike at the start of my workout and for my finale. From this  aerobic exercise, I am going to gain basic physical strength

My Goal - 30 min without long stop

GAINING CORE MUSCLES 

I have very weak core muscles and curved backbone so I am going work on gaining my core muscles by doing 

- PLANKS 

- SIDE PLANKS

 

 

My Goal - 2 min of planks & side planks

LIMB WORKOUTS

For legs, I am going to be doing and using

- SQUATS 

- VARIOUS LEG EQUIPMENT

For arms, I am going to be doing and using

- PULL-UPS

- DUMBBELLS

 

 

My Goal - 50 squats​ & 10 full pull-ups

GAINING ABDOMEN MUSCLES

This part is going to be the hardest one to not give up and to try to keep persisting.

 

- VARIETY OF CRUNCHES

- LEG RAISE

-  PLANKS

- V UPS
